Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Each appointment accrues a cost in preparation for the services booked. Erin’s Hair Things must charge a cancellation or no-show fee to cover the minimum expenses accrued for a missed or late-canceled appointment.
2. If you cancel OR RESCHEDULE your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, Erins Hair Things will charge a fee of 30% of the cost of the service(s) booked to your card on file.
3. If you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, Erin’s Hair Things will cancel your appointment, and charge a fee of 30% of the cost of the service(s) booked to your card on file.
4. If you miss your appointment without canceling prior to your scheduled appointment time (no-call, no-show), Erin’s Hair Things will charge a fee of 75% of the cost of the service(s) booked to your card on file.
5. If you cancel half of your appointment (e.g. you have a cut and color booked, but wish to receive only a cut) less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a fee of 30% of the cost of the service that was canceled will be charged to your card on file.
6. If you accrue a late, cancellation, or no-show fee, the fee must be paid in order to book another appointment at Erin’s Hair Things.
7. Erins Hair Things does not offer refunds for services. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, you can reach out to Erin’s Hair Things directly within one week of your appointment, and may be offered one complimentary “re-do” service.
8. Erin’s Hair Things does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased at Erin’s Hair Things.
9. Erin’s Hair Things desires to provide you with the services you want. However, Erin’s Hair Things top priority is the health and integrity of your hair and body. If necessary, you may be offered alternative services that will maintain the health and integrity of your hair and body.
10. Your color and/or chemical service is guaranteed only if you follow aftercare instructions provided by Erin’s Hair Things (Erin). The longevity of your color and/or chemical service may be compromised by using products other than those recommended by Erin’s Hair Things (Erin) or by exposing your hair to certain elements/activities Erin’s Hair Things(Erin) advises against.
